Research on the relationship between social network sites use and employee well-being based on cross-sectional data by structural equation modeling

With the rapid rise of social network sites, people’s life and work are influenced to varying degrees. And this paper aims explore how does sites use(SNSU) affect employee well-being(EWB) mediating effects body image disturbance(BID) self-esteem(SE). Social use, well-being, disturbance self-esteem scales were used obtain data 435 employees. Results showed that use positively predicted well-being; Self-esteem played a role in relationship between but mediation chain weren’t significant. So can lead some extent overall, its impact was positive, which contributing well-being.
